MENSA Taps Pathwayz For Leadership Training

Pathwayz was selected to participate in the pilot leadership development program for MENSA, the global non-profit high-IQ organization. We facilitated engaging, hands-on communication sessions featuring real-time skill practice and thoughtful debriefs—designed to help high-performing participants turn insights into action.

The result? Out of five organizations invited to lead sessions, Pathwayz was the only one invited back to lead the following year.

About Our Founder

Amber Vanderburg worked with organizations around the globe in industries such as sports, healthcare, and energy. In 2019, she founded The Pathwayz Group - a talent development organization designed to equip people to create more efficient, effective, and enjoyable workplaces.
